Designblok is the annual week-long exhibition of new pieces from the world of design.

Designblok takes place in selected showrooms, boutiques, and galleries situated all over Prague. 11th annual of Designblok ´09 brings 212 presentations, exhibitions and events at 63 participating venues all over the city of Prague.
Accompanying programme including the presentation of designers, design studios and Créme de la créme project where manufacturers are presented in special instalations, can be find in two Superstudios of Designblok.

Admission tax: 150 Kč (students 100 Kč)
The ticket allows repeated visits to both Superstudios.

Whether you are an undercover agent for Her Majesty, a calculator, a reader, or simply enjoy exercising, we recommend that you have a look at Lucie Koldová’s diploma work at the AAAD in Prague. In the studio led by Michal Froněk and Jan Němeček (Olgoj Chorchoj), Koldová has designed a small furniture set. These ordinary furniture pieces conceal a home gymnasium.
